Project All The Way

Welcome to a very special episode of Project All The Way..

Like life, the journey to personal growth is messy and weird and wholly unpredictable. In an effort to maintain homeostasis, keeping an eye on my thoughts and emotions requires vigilant focus. The ego doesn’t sleep or take time off and is always ready to jump in at a moment’s notice to turn my life upside down.

Today, I find myself picking up the pieces after one such incident. Joining me to talk about it and help put humpty back together again is my friend, brother, and men’s coach Matt Halson.

Get a behind the scenes look at what men’s work is all about as Matt and I discuss what happened that fateful night, and what I’m going to do moving forward to mitigate any additional fallout.

I promised to share the good, the bad and the ugly of my personal growth journey as it happens in real time, and this unfortunately has ugly written all over it. I am not proud of what you’re about to hear, yet I am hopeful that it serves as a warning sign for men and anyone who is on a path to personal development that months and months of trust building can be gone in the blink of an eye.

Without any further ado, here is my awkward and extremely humbling conversation with Matt.

What happens next is anyone’s guess. One thing I can promise you is that whatever it is, it won’t be boring.
